Ooo I got that before too well apparently you are using Winrar so that's a good start I'd try completely removing the folder "shift + Delete" the entire client and re download it.
Well are you extracting the Project Destiny 508 client to your desktop because if you just have the winrar folder and you go into it and click "Project Destiny 508" it wont work that way it has to be extracted to your desktop. Also you can get that message if you use the wrong Run.bat
I really don't know go out and try these things and come back to me and see what you've got because it should work.
