try right clicking and run as administrator

well thats if he has vista.

I Have Vesta and i did "run As Admin" But Its with all client that i open, i have the same problem..

Plane and simple you should just not use Vista or any newer operating system from Microsoft they try to limit and remove many things and it's just unreliable.

Well you can always "reformat" your computer and all you need is a different operating system disk and install it like Windows XP that's what I use and I have 0 problems coding or scripting or running clients.

I Have many thing too lazy to donwload it agian because i Finaly Downloaded counter strike 1.6 and conditition zero And I relly need that staff =/

Oh yeah I love counterstrike not 1.6 but im a source junkie, anyways vista really isn't compatible with pc games.
