No it will create more random disconnecting because the "auto-restarter" has absolutely nothing to do with the servers hosting. The servers host is what causes the server to lag & or "dc" or "disconnect" and the auto-restarter itself restarts the server every 60 minutes all its soul purpose is to create less lag within each hour. It compiles the server and restarts it so that its memory is fresh and there is less lag. The 60 minute crash cycle isn't so bad because it auto restarts it so it reboots nearly instantly it's one of the dc's that just say "trying to reconnect" and then relog you.
So overall it's alright but you will be dcing just as much as usual and then some.

Auto restarter has nothing to do with that.And we still lagg like crazy. so Micro if this cut down the lag im glad i wasnt here to play the server before.

It hardly makes a difference, because when the server crashes its usually from information overload and all the auto restarter does is the same thing just on a scheduled time line.
